Request a Consultation

Mida Law Professional Corporation

Use this page to request a consultation time with Mida Law. Choose a time that works for you and tell us, in general terms, what you would like to discuss. Our office will review your request and contact you to confirm, suggest an alternative, or let you know if we are unable to assist.

Please note: submitting this form is a request only. A consultation is not scheduled, and no time is guaranteed, until our office contacts you to confirm it. If the time you selected is not available, we will suggest an alternative.

How it works

  1. Choose an available time below and submit your request with your name, email, phone number and a brief, general note about the reason for the consultation.
  2. We review the request, including a check for scheduling and conflict-of-interest issues.
  3. Our office contacts you to confirm the consultation or to suggest another time. Only then is the consultation scheduled.

Eligibility and limitations

Consultations are intended for general legal matters in Ontario in the areas Mida Law serves. Submitting a request does not mean the firm can or will take on your matter; some requests may be declined, including where a conflict of interest exists or the matter falls outside the areas we practise. This form provides general scheduling only — it does not provide legal advice, and nothing on this page should be relied on as advice about your situation.

If your matter is urgent or involves a limitation period or court deadline, do not rely on this form. Please contact us directly through the Contact page so we can respond appropriately.

Privacy and lawyer–client relationship. Submitting a consultation request does not create a lawyer–client relationship with Mida Law Professional Corporation, and no such relationship exists until it is confirmed in writing after a consultation. Please keep your note brief and general: do not include confidential details, and do not send documents or identification with this request. Do not upload or email government-issued identification at any stage of this process; if identification is later required, our office will explain the appropriate procedure during the consultation process.

If you would rather not use the scheduler, or you have a question before requesting a time, you are welcome to contact us by email through the Contact page. We aim to respond within a reasonable time during business days.
